What is the delivery time for my order?
When you order from Coziro, the delivery time may be different from what you are used to. Since our products are shipped directly by our suppliers, we can achieve significant savings on storage and transportation costs. This allows us to offer our products at very competitive prices. The average delivery time is 3 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

What should I do if I have not yet received my order?
Due to high demand for our products, your order may arrive a little later than expected. We count on your understanding. If this delay is exceeded and you still have not received anything, send an email to info@coziro.fr. We will then check what is happening with your package.

I want to exchange/return my order, how do I proceed?
To make a return, simply contact our customer service at info@coziro.fr. Provide your name, your order number (for example #0000) found in your confirmation email, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the return address and confirm the procedure. Once this is done, you can send the product via the carrier of your choice.

What are the return fees?
Returns are at the customer's expense. The fees therefore depend on the chosen carrier. Check the website of the carrier you wish to use to know the exact rates.

What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?
The return period is always 14 days from the receipt of the item. Certain conditions must be met for the return: the product can only be returned if the return period has not expired, if the product is in its original packaging with all tags intact, and if it has not been used.

What payment methods can I use?
We accept payments via iDeal, Bancontact, credit card, and Klarna. If you are not sure whether your payment method is accepted, follow the steps on the payment page to see all available options. All transactions go through secure and reliable payment systems, thus guaranteeing 100% security.

What should I do if I have not received a confirmation email for my order?
This is not normal. Send an email with your full name and email address to info@coziro.fr. We will assist you promptly.

Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please send an email as soon as possible to info@coziro.fr indicating your name, your order number (for example #0000) found in your confirmation email, as well as the reason why you want to cancel the order.
